The thriveoutdoors customer support team will ship your order the same or next business day. Delivery delays will be due to courier issues beyond our control. You can monitor the progress of your order through "My Orders" in your account dashboard (if you created your account   

Order processing：

Once we receive your order, its status will be updated in your account (if you created an account with us). Log in here to view its progress.

·Domestic shipping within the United States·

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7-10 business days.

Expedited Tracked Shipping: 5-7 business days.
